Ingellen SGMII SFP Transceiver

TheSGMII SFPtransceiver can be described as Comparable prefer Multimedia Self-governing User Interface (MII). Loss of signal (LOS) output is provided to indicate the loss of an input optical signal of receiver or the link status with partner.

The system can get the LOS(or Link)/Disable/Fault information via I2C register access. The host equipment can also access this information via the 2-wire serial CMOS EEPROM protocol. To carry frame data and link rate information between a 10/100/1000 PHY and an Ethernet MAC, SGMII uses a different pair for data signals and for clocking signals, with both being present in each direction, alsotakes a different approach because of GMII from her low-power not to mention affordable green count up serial interface.
